Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions

You are not permitted to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, likeness, voice, branding, or any content featuring Sailing Social LLC or its representatives for the purpose of training, creating, or generating content through artificial intelligence or machine learning tools. This includes any use involving deepfake technology, voice cloning, image generation, or replication of likeness in any form. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for violation of publicity rights, intellectual property infringement, and misrepresentation.

3. License and Usage Restrictions

Your purchase grants you access to our Products for personal use or internal business purposes only. You do not have permission to copy, share, distribute, loan, reproduce, or resell any portion of the material. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in removal of access and further legal action if necessary.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sailing Social LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products or services. If liability is ever found, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product in question.

11. Termination of Access

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Products will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in the state where Sailing Social LLC is legally registered, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any legal action or proceeding, to the extent not resolved through arbitration, must be brought in the appropriate courts located within South Carolina.
